# Uitnodigingen

Persoonlijke assessment-uitnodigingen met een unieke link per persoon. Met `sendEmail: true` verstuurt TalentLead de e-mail; anders verstuur je de `url` zelf.

## Invite a person to take an assessment

> Creates a personal invitation with a unique link. With \`sendEmail: true\` TalentLead emails the person; otherwise send the returned \`url\` from your own system. An existing pending invitation for the same email is returned instead (200 + \`X-Existing-Resource: true\`). Supports the \`Idempotency-Key\` header. Requires the \`invitations:write\` scope.
